Haptik is one of the world’s biggest enterprise conversational AI platform located in Mumbai. Launched in 2013 by Aakrit Vaish, A members to the Forbes India 30 under 30 lists in 2015, and Swapan Rajdev, a former ETL consultant at Accenture. Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), through its Mobile network Reliance Jio Digital Services Ltd (RJDSL), has got a major portion of stakes in Mumbai based AI-platform Haptik for $100.9 million (INR 700 crore).
