Haptik is one of the world’s biggest enterprise conversational AI platform located in Mumbai. Launched in 2013 by Aakrit Vaish, A members to the Forbes India 30 under 30 lists in 2015, and Swapan Rajdev, a former ETL consultant at Accenture. Haptik covers more than 500 renowned brands like Coca-cola, ICICI Bank, Samsung, Mahindra Group, and others. 

Haptik focus is on key customer engagement use cases such as lead generation, analysis, order status, and live chat. They have been endorsed by many analysts as suggested chatbots assistance and consider 100+ live developments by June 2018. Haptik is the first firm to open provenance a chatbots only Entity Detection engine, and are patent imminent on a bot to human routing potential. 

Last December, AI firm Haptik’s artificial intelligence-enabled Concierge service, which powers Samsung’s ‘My Galaxy app’. The application is an aggregator service that is pre-installed inside every Samsung smartphones shipped in the country and is free for all the users. The company claims that three million users engaged with the bot services with a rerun rate of 50 per cent and 92 per cent positive feedback.

We are privileged we could achieve mass user acceptance of our services by participating in My Galaxy. Currently, My Galaxy as a partner contributes to 30 per cent of our all-inclusive business, and we are thrilled about the long-term possibilities of what we can do as one.”

The My Galaxy app provides a broad range of entertainment and everyday services where one application meets all users desire and is popular with Samsung Smartphones.” 

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), through its Mobile network Reliance Jio Digital Services Ltd (RJDSL), has got a major portion of stakes in Mumbai based AI-platform Haptik for $100.9 million (INR 700 crore).
