Shuttl is an office-based bus service application, owned by Super Highway Labs Pvt. Ltd. The bus aggregator provides services in major cities such as in Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Kolkata. Shuttl was founded by Amit Singh and Deepanshu Malviya in 2015 and presently has over 800 buses on its ground. Shuttl is trying to provide air-conditioned minibuses and it seeks to resolve transportation problems in the country. In 2015, Shuttl was able to raise $20 Million within 8 months based on its successful outcome in the Delhi market.

However, in mid-2018, the bus aggregator had raised $11 Million by Amazon India, Amazon, Alexa and Dentsu Ventures and at present has more than 45,000 rides in its five cities. It has around 200 employee workforce, half of which are in engineering roles. It has also been depending on hyper-local consciousness drivers and ads on its buses to expand its business.

The chief executive and co-founder of Shuttl said, “We see the top seven cities including Pune, Jaipur as our potential markets,” Singh added, “We will continue to improve the consumer encounter, plan an additional path, and reimpose the status of commuting for millions of customers”.

The Jeff Bezos led a firm invested in voice-technology companies, “Thousands of peeps use shared transportation alternatives for their every day to travel back and forth. Chrip, a sound-based verification system was launched by Shuttl in 2016. The authentication system transfers the boarding details regionally between the driver and the rider.

Recently, The Gurgaon-based company has entered the food delivery market by launching meals on buses for daily travelers. “Our clients are urging food to be supplied on buses. The tracking of items sold per ride indicates that around 90% of the folks are purchasing things that substantiate that there is consumer demand for it. We are operating with cloud kitchens and structuring an ordering product to scale this offering,” Amit Singh.

This service will robust the trade of the firm and motivates the persistent consumer of Shuttl. Shuttl is planning to take the amenity to the entire fleet. Additionally, supplying daily required including milk, eggs, butter, curd, etc…
