Cure.fit is a precautionary, healthful and fitness company based in Bangaluru, India. Cure.fit was founded in May 2016. by Mukesh Bansal, Myntra’s co-founder and Ankit Nagori, former Chief officer of Flipkart. Cure.fit provides the physical and mental well being across 4 flagship levels – cult.fit, eat.fit, mind.fit, and care.fit. Branches of Cure.fit are available in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Delhi.

The online market place has raised $75 million (INR 533 crore) in a funding round led by the existing investors such as Chiratae Ventures and Accel Growth. The recent investments are estimated to value the startup at $500 million (INR 3.5 thousand crores).

This investment could be section of a bigger Series D round, with an estimated amount of $150 million to be generated later this year with the involvement of new investors. The advancement comes after three days the firm announced that it has acquired the Bangalore-based juice start-up Rejoov Juice for an undisclosed amount.

Rejoov was started by Anju Sood, Angie Mahtaney and Anu Berry in 2015. The company extracts juices from the fruits and vegetables with the cold-pressed technique and has various other plans and schemes to supply healthy juices and drinks to customers’ place.

Cure.fit has been on a binge of acquiring brands over the past year in order to boost up its development plans. The company has obtained a number of brand and companies and brands, which includes a Bangalore-based Yoga academy ‘1000yoga’, a full-stack online food delivery firm ‘Kristy’s Kitchen’, the leading fitness center in India ‘Fitness First India’ and integrated emotional healing program ‘Seraniti’.

Cult.fit

Cult.fit is a string of club workout and it includes various workout formats such as  Yoga, Sports Conditioning, Zumba, Strength & Conditioning, Football, Running, Prowl by Tiger Shroff and HRX by Hrithik Roshan. It has its fitness center across Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Delhi.

Eat.fit

Eat.fit is an online food and meals ordering and conveyance stage that delivers daily health nosh. Additionally, it provides Weekly and Monthly subscriptions.

Mind.fit

Mind.fit is a set mental fitness and well-being center that combines Meditation and Yoga as its key proffering. Furthermore, it offers the ‘Do-it-yourself’ packs, suchlike Yoganidra, Sleep tales and Prayanama, which is all available on cure.fit application.

With the application running on a freemium model, it provides free do-it-yourself (DIY) videos on fitness workout from home. The application allows customers to reserve classes, and follow across comprehensible activity points systems.
